Volunteer Fostering Application

We are excited that you are on this page because you may be interested in joining our volunteer fostering group! Thank you for considering becoming a cat or dog foster with Adopt a Friend for Life (AFL).

In order to be an AFL foster, you must first become a volunteer with AFL. You can start the process by filling out a volunteer application. Once you are offically an AFL volunteer, then you can fill out this volunteer fostering application.

Please note: You must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer for AFL.
